📋 Description

• Identify and define foundational open questions, theoretical limits, and computational hurdles where measurable progress can be substantiated.

• Direct AI models and agents through intricate, multi-stage research processes that include mathematical proofs, algorithm creation, numerical experimentation, and high-performance simulations.

• Confirm research outcomes through proof verification, computational replication, formal methods, and other rigorous evaluative techniques.

• Evaluate the novelty, accuracy, and scientific relevance of research outputs in relation to established findings and current literature.

• Compose succinct research memos that document attempted solutions, partial advancements, model constraints, and recurring reasoning shortcomings.

• Suggest promising research avenues, sub-disciplines, and open questions suitable for exploration using advanced AI models and computational resources.

• Exercise critical judgment when reviewing technical work beyond your specialized research area.

• Assist in developing evaluation standards that differentiate genuine scientific advancement from plausible yet unsupported results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 7–10+ years of active research experience in computer science, mathematical physics, computational physics, or a closely related field.

• Proven track record of scholarly contributions, including publications in top-tier conferences, journals, or other respected research venues.

• Extensive hands-on experience with computational research methodologies, such as numerical analysis, simulation, algorithm implementation, or high-performance computing.

• Established ability to rigorously assess technical claims, verify outcomes, and identify deficiencies in mathematical or computational reasoning.

• Strong familiarity with the research literature and established findings in your area of expertise.

• Excellent analytical, technical writing, and research communication capabilities.
