This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more locations.
• Take ownership of the GTM Revenue Analytics framework, which encompasses semantic data models, KPI definitions, reporting standards, and analytical methodologies throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Establish scalable measurement frameworks for pipeline, bookings, revenue, renewals, expansion, customer health, GTM Plays, and overall GTM effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Business Systems, Finance, and Analytics teams to outline requirements, prioritize data enhancements, and guarantee analytics-ready, trusted data.
• Drive analytics initiatives from defining business requirements and data exploration to modeling, dashboard development, insight generation, and executive delivery.
• Act as a strategic analytics advisor to GTM leaders, evaluating revenue performance and converting complex data into actionable insights, recommendations, and decision-making frameworks.
• Create executive-ready insights for pipeline and forecast assessments, business reviews, strategy discussions, and GTM planning.
• Define and enhance the GTM Strategy AI roadmap, identifying and prioritizing AI-enabled use cases that boost revenue performance, customer insights, and operational productivity.
• Ensure that analytics and AI solutions are scalable, governed, secure, and built upon trusted data, solid business logic, and responsible AI practices.
• Function as the technical and analytical leader for the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, establishing quality standards while coaching and mentoring team members.
• Lead intricate cross-functional initiatives and influence priorities across business, systems, and data teams without formal authority.
• Build a reliable and scalable GTM analytics foundation that enhances how Autodesk measures performance and makes revenue-related decisions.
• Over 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Intelligence, Analytics, SaaS Strategy, Management Consulting, or a similar analytical field.
• Proficient in developing enterprise KPI frameworks, semantic data models, reporting standards, and data governance practices.
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard design, and performance optimization.
• Strong SQL capabilities.
• Familiarity with contemporary data platforms and warehouse concepts such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data and reporting.
• Understanding of B2B sales, pipeline, forecasting, renewals, and customer lifecycle processes.
• Capability to articulate complex data and business challenges into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-level narratives.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Experience utilizing AI, automation, or advanced analytics to address business challenges and enhance decision-making.
• Preferred: Background in SaaS, subscription, or recurring-revenue business models.
• Preferred: Experience in developing governed analytics products that support BI and AI use cases.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Snowflake Cortex, Databricks, or related technologies.
• Preferred: Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, retrieval-augmented generation, or agentic workflows.
• Preferred: Understanding of responsible AI principles, model governance, data privacy, and security.
• Preferred: Experience mentoring analysts and managing complex cross-functional analytical programs.
