This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of measuring the impact of marketing on pipeline and revenue.
• Establish and manage a tracking strategy across web, media, marketing automation, and CRM platforms.
• Spearhead the implementation and quality assurance of tagging, event tracking, dataLayer specifications, UTM governance, and campaign taxonomy.
• Collaborate with channel, web, marketing operations, sales operations, data, analytics, and engineering teams.
• Ensure that leads, responses, and campaign interactions are accurately captured in marketing automation and synchronized with CRM.
• Confirm campaign setup and the continuity of source, medium, campaign, content, and other essential dimensions throughout the entire funnel.
• Guarantee that marketing-sourced activities are directed to the appropriate sellers and linked to pipeline and revenue results.
• Develop quality assurance processes for tracking, ingestion, synchronization, routing, and attribution.
• Examine and resolve discrepancies in attribution, conversion tracking, lead counts, pipeline, and revenue at the source.
• Convert business inquiries into tracking requirements, naming conventions, field mappings, and measurement strategies.
• Produce documentation for tracking requirements, campaign setup standards, field definitions, and operational workflows.
• Assist leadership in comprehending measurement capabilities and data quality risks.
• Proven experience in B2B or demand generation measurement.
• Experience in developing measurement plans that align media platforms with business outcomes throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Strong background in marketing analytics, data strategy, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related role.
• In-depth hands-on knowledge of Google Tag Manager and contemporary digital measurement practices.
• Solid understanding of front-end tracking, event design, dataLayer specifications, tag behavior, cookies, consent implications, and quality assurance workflows.
• Familiarity with GA4 and associated web analytics tools.
• Strong working knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools.
• Experience managing account-based platforms like Demandbase and 6sense.
• Understanding of campaign taxonomy, UTMs, click IDs, lead capture, offline conversion flows, and attribution logic.
• Experience in validating campaign and source data across advertising platforms, websites, forms, automation tools, CRM, and pipeline reporting.
• Capability to troubleshoot technical and operational layers, including tag configuration, field mapping, and seller handoff logic.
• Strong quality assurance instincts and a keen eye for clear definitions and reliable handoffs.
• Ability to transform complex business processes into clear measurement frameworks and operational guidelines.
• Experience with offline conversion imports, lead-to-account matching, or multi-touch attribution (preferred).
• Experience with warehouse, BI, or reverse ETL environments (preferred).
• SQL skills and comfort in validating data in source systems, exports, or reporting layers (preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
