Revenue Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Deliver daily support for Salesforce users, which includes troubleshooting issues, responding to process and system inquiries, and escalating technical concerns when necessary.

• Prepare, validate, cleanse, and import data into Salesforce and associated Go-to-Market systems.

• Oversee and enhance data quality across Salesforce, Clari, and other related systems.

• Create and sustain Salesforce reports and dashboards that encompass pipeline, activity, account, campaign, and performance metrics.

• Collect, document, and prioritize Salesforce requirements for process enhancements, system upgrades, and reporting necessities.

• Convert business requirements into functional documentation for the Salesforce Administrator.

• Develop test scenarios, verify configurations, document outcomes, and assist with user acceptance testing.

• Document Salesforce processes, data standards, reporting definitions, and user instructions.

• Assist in employee onboarding and continuous training regarding Salesforce, reporting, data management, and other Go-to-Market systems.

• Act as a business analyst on significant Go-to-Market projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency, system usability, and data reliability.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Salesforce in a business operations, sales operations, revenue operations, commercial operations, or client engagement setting.

• Experience in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data management, and providing end-user support.

• Familiarity with data preparation, cleansing, imports, record maintenance, and data-quality management.

• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for system enhancements, reports, or process improvements.

• Experience in supporting system testing and user acceptance testing for Salesforce improvements.

• Preference for familiarity with Go-to-Market systems like Salesforce, Clari, LeadIQ, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to interpret business needs and clearly communicate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear process documentation and training materials.

• Experience in collaborating across various teams and managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Highly organized, results-driven, and proactive, with robust planning and project management skills.

• A positive, collaborative demeanor with the ability to manage expectations, build trust, and appropriately escalate issues.

• Ability to adapt to changing business needs while maintaining a focus on data accuracy, process consistency, and user experience.
