This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and implement advanced configuration solutions on the Intelex platform for intricate customer use cases.
• Advance solutions through the stages of Build 1, Build 2, and Build 3 maturity.
• Recognize patterns in customer requirements to develop scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to assist in the transition of productization.
• Convert customer challenges into technical specifications for product teams.
• Engage in Voice of Customer sessions and participate in occasional customer site visits.
• Aid in decisions regarding build-versus-partner for applications and integrations.
• Evaluate application designs developed by partners for platform integrity, scalability, and alignment with product strategy.
• Offer technical advice on the feasibility and architecture of partner integrations.
• Provide education to Services, Support, and Sales teams on platform capabilities and partner offerings.
• Work alongside the Partnership Organization to establish partner development guidelines.
• Experiment with AI-assisted development tools to create rapid prototypes.
• Guide PSE team members on best practices for the platform and scalable configuration patterns.
• Contribute to the Rapid Validation Playbook.
• Share insights to shape partner development frameworks and integration standards.
• 4-6 years of experience in building solutions on low-code/no-code platforms (such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, OutSystems, Mendix, PowerApps, Intelex).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with the Intelex platform is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to scale solutions from prototype to production for a large customer base.
• Strong systems thinking skills and the capability to design generalized solutions.
• Experience in product-focused work environments.
• Background in implementing partner integrations or applications.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid changes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience in building platform-based solutions.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms beyond Intelex is preferred.
• Knowledge of the EHSQ domain is a plus.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
• Experience with remote collaboration across different time zones is preferred.
