Principal Product Manager – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product strategy with a focus on execution and impact across one or more essential Toast Enterprise product areas.

• Lead the roadmap of features that cater to Toast’s Enterprise full-service customers.

• Oversee team backlogs by creating, prioritizing, and refining user stories within an agile framework.

• Track process and system health metrics to ensure both quality and efficiency.

• Update internal stakeholders on product developments and promote adoption among Toast’s full-service restaurant customer base.

• Create and sustain a long-term strategic roadmap aimed at enhancing product-market fit.

• Collaborate with Toast’s R&D organization to ensure product capabilities align with customer requirements.

• Work in partnership with Solutions, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and other go-to-market teams.

• Leverage AI tools to expedite product discovery, enhance execution, and investigate new product experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience navigating the software development life cycle from ideation to customer delivery.

• Proven ability to drive cross-team initiatives while fostering interpersonal relationships across diverse personalities.

• Strong skills in program management and effective communication.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to action.

• Familiarity with Enterprise software development, including requirements writing and process management.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating with customers, external development teams, and partners.

• Over 5 years of product management experience at a senior level.

• Capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and employ creativity along with strong analytical skills for problem-solving.

• Experience with Enterprise customers, account management, and/or client development is a plus.

• Experience in leading through influence and advocacy is an added benefit.

• Knowledge of the restaurant and hospitality industry is advantageous.
