Principal Product Manager – Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the education business from identifying product-market fit in new segments to scaling operations.

• Identify and understand the needs of teachers, directors, parents, and district purchasers.

• Create initial product prototypes and swiftly test them with actual users.

• Demonstrate customer value, develop business models, and establish scalable economics.

• Engage in hands-on prototyping and learning utilizing AI and contemporary tools.

• Collaborate directly with the CEO and the executive leadership team.

• Set the strategic vision and drive measurable outcomes that are visible at the Board level.

• Recruit, motivate, and develop a team around successful initiatives.

• Design curriculum, assessment, and professional development products tailored for early education.

• Proven track record of creating products that resonate with customers.

• Experience in taking a product from concept to market or from initial traction to significant growth.

• Background in launching or developing new initiatives, ideally resulting in tangible success.

• Demonstrated ownership of customer value, pricing strategies, and business economics.

• Practical experience applying AI and modern tools in professional work.

• Capability to establish a vision, align executive teams and boards, and motivate development teams.

• Diverse experience in product development, design, engineering, and data analysis.

• Ability to excel in uncertain situations and make informed decisions without relying on established guidelines or data.
