This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the Company Administrator for the enterprise Procore instance, offering direction and standards to sector administrators and super users.
• Supervise the configuration, setup, and maintenance of Procore modules, workflows, and settings.
• Administer Procore licensing alongside production and sandbox environments.
• Collaborate with Procore Customer Success and Support on escalations, roadmap planning, and optimization strategies.
• Integrate Procore with enterprise and project software systems.
• Work in partnership with IT on integrations, identity and access management, and change control processes.
• Drive enhancements to enterprise Procore capabilities and manage sitewide rollouts.
• Set up and uphold Procore standards, templates, best practices, and operational procedures.
• Oversee governance of Procore data and document repositories.
• Expand data structures and assets for enhanced reporting and analytics.
• Conduct audits, reconciliations, and maintain the integrity of Procore data.
• Design and sustain Procore reports, dashboards, custom reports, and Power BI solutions.
• Define KPIs and provide insights into projects, portfolios, and the enterprise.
• Develop Power BI dashboards that integrate data from Procore, S/4, and other sources.
• Assist with the design, testing, and reconciliation of S/4 integration.
• Contribute systems and process insights for capital planning and enterprise initiatives.
• Assess platform updates and apply approved configuration and process changes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for Procore process enhancements.
• Lead change management efforts and ensure stakeholder alignment across sectors.
• Manage risks and opportunities to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Support the design and implementation of Procore financial management modules.
• Identify value streams and use cases, including AI-enabled Procore tools.
• Aid in AI-related risk management, compliance reviews, and approvals.
• Provide technical support and serve as a liaison among administrators, vendors, IT, and users.
• Create and deliver training while maintaining user guides and documentation.
• Manage vendors to ensure requirements are met within budget and on schedule.
• Promote user adoption and participate in team and department meetings.
• Prepare presentations and communications that detail program status, roadmaps, metrics, and outcomes.
• Report on performance, status, and key metrics to stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in administering Procore at the company or enterprise level.
• Advanced knowledge and practical expertise in Procore construction management software, including administration, configuration, and user support.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including the ability to create dashboards, data models, and reports.
• Familiarity with DAX and data modeling in Power BI.
• Strong technical and problem-solving capabilities, including troubleshooting software and integration issues and developing solutions for complex challenges.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Well-developed presentation and training abilities, including the creation of instructional and user support materials.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Demonstrated experience in managing systems and processes from end-to-end, linking project execution, financials, and reporting.
• Experience with or integration of construction/project management tools into ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
• 4+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Solid understanding of construction project workflows, documentation requirements, and pertinent industry standards and regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of Lucid, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with construction delivery methods, including Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, GMP, and GMP Max.
