• Manage clinical data science workstreams, ensuring that deliverables align with quality standards and timelines.

• Spearhead the creation and execution of clinical data management strategies to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to incorporate data science methodologies into clinical trial designs.

• Supervise clinical data analysis to generate actionable insights that inform study decisions and outcomes.

• Offer strategic direction on data governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

• Build partnerships with key stakeholders to harness advancements in data science and technology within clinical research.

• Balance competing priorities while developing the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related field.

• Significant experience in clinical data science, with an emphasis on data management and analysis within clinical trials.

• Strong leadership capabilities and a track record of managing cross-functional teams in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools, statistical software, and data visualization techniques.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities, along with the capacity to influence and drive change in a complex organization.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 15%).
