• Spearhead the creation and execution of clinical data management strategies aimed at enhancing data collection, analysis, and reporting.

• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to incorporate data science methodologies into clinical trial frameworks.

• Direct the clinical data analysis process to yield actionable insights that influence study decisions and results.

• Offer strategic direction on data governance, quality assurance, and compliance with regulations.

• Forge partnerships with key stakeholders to utilize advancements in data science and technology within clinical research.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a closely related field.

• Significant experience in clinical data science, particularly focused on data management and analysis within clinical trials.

• Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools, statistical software, and techniques for data visualization.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and implement change in a complex organization.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 15%).
