This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all facets of the Amazon account by crafting and executing sales strategies for SOREL products.
• Propel sustainable and profitable sales growth for Amazon's key account.
• Utilize analytics, product knowledge, consumer insights, and marketplace expertise to formulate seasonal Go-to-Market plans.
• Provide business forecasts to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with both internal and external cross-functional teams.
• Formulate growth strategies to boost market share and enhance brand equity.
• Create short-term growth strategies while contributing to long-term initiatives.
• Deliver seasonal product presentations utilizing compelling storytelling and directive selling methods.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to enhance consumer awareness, drive conversions, and foster brand advocacy.
• Leverage marketplace intelligence and consumer insights to activate brand strategy and share best practices.
• Prepare upfront financial plans for the account/department.
• Analyze in-season financial metrics and sell-through rates; recommend adjustments in orders and flows.
• Establish sales targets based on sales history and anticipated sales trends.
• Project and manage inventory levels and purchasing needs in collaboration with Amazon's buying and management teams.
• Review sales data and account management practices with SOREL sales leadership.
• Present brand, initiative, and product-specific narratives at the selling table.
• Organize product presentations and relay technical product information across SOREL departments.
• Oversee sales order entry, bulk management, auto replenishment forecasts, order flow, and fulfillment processes.
• Collaborate with merchants, customer service, and planning teams on product planning, production, sales and inventory forecasts, SMU design, operations, logistics, and account management.
• Implement key online marketing strategies.
• Manage online sales components including brand landing pages, site SKU management, and product descriptions.
• Ensure profitability through off-price and promotional strategies.
• Monitor competitive landscape and relay competitor-related concerns to management and merchandising.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the sales domain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage proprietary, private, and confidential information responsibly.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales within the footwear and/or apparel industry.
• At least 5 years of experience managing Amazon Fashion accounts is essential.
• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing, sales theory, strategy, prospecting, account business planning, forecasting, sales aids, and closing techniques.
• Familiarity with product lines/services and the outdoor industry.
• Proven ability to identify retailer value adds from markets, outdoor industry insights, product trends, and key data.
• Experience leading business reviews and formulating marketing plans.
• Advanced interpersonal skills with a knack for quickly establishing relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
