This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist sales teams in promoting enterprise software solutions that concentrate on adversaries, TTPs, and malware.
• Oversee all technical client interactions throughout the pre-sales stage.
• Develop and spearhead pre-sales technical and functional support activities for both potential and current customers.
• Contribute to generating new business within designated territories while meeting sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Organize, plan, direct, and coordinate technical pre-sales interactions.
• Present intelligence-driven presentations and product demonstrations, either live or remotely.
• Manage proofs of concept for eligible prospects.
• Identify customer challenges and comprehensively understand their issues through a consultative approach.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the technical capabilities and features of the Titan platform.
• Provide sales and technical pre-sales assistance.
• Take ownership of and manage RFI and RFP submissions.
• Support enterprise solution sales processes.
• Evaluate complex sales opportunities based on technical criteria, competition, decision-making procedures, and funding availability.
• Assist at trade shows and exhibitions.
• Document activities in accordance with reporting standards.
• Clearly articulate problems and solutions.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with prospects and clients in collaboration with Account Managers and local partners.
• Collaborate closely with other departments within the company.
• Report to the Director of Solution/Sales Engineering and the VP of Sales (EMEA).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical pre-sales support for enterprise software in the information security domain.
• Strong foundational understanding of cyber threat intelligence programs and their requirements.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of digital forensics, incident response, computer forensics, SOC operations, cyber fraud, vulnerability management, and malware analysis.
• Experience primarily acquired in the UK, Dutch, and other significant markets in the Central region.
• Must possess fluency in distributed and networking architectures.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in project planning and time management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a team and independently tackle complex issues.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
