Principal Enterprise Renewal Representative – Enterprise Accounts – Italian Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Implement the comprehensive renewal strategy for a designated portfolio of Enterprise Customers in collaboration with Account teams.

• Create and execute renewal plans to ensure timely, predictable, and profitable results.

• Lead negotiations with procurement and customer stakeholders regarding renewal terms.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to synchronize renewal strategies with account plans and to foster expansion opportunities.

• Facilitate coordination among Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Customer Success, Operations, and Partners.

• Detect renewal risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to enhance customer value.

• Keep an accurate record of the pipeline, forecasts, and maintain executive visibility throughout the renewal process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Italian.

• Strong skills in commercial negotiation and executive-level communication.

• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise renewals, enterprise sales, or strategic account management within a SaaS or subscription-based business.

• Demonstrated success in managing large and complex enterprise renewals that involve multiple stakeholders.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and forecast management.

• Preferred: Experience with managing Enterprise Business Agreements (EBAs), Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs), or similar strategic software contracts.

• Preferred: Understanding of enterprise SaaS licensing and subscription business models.

• Preferred: Experience in global, matrixed sales organizations.
