• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team of Development Consultants.

• Establish facilitation standards and coach capabilities throughout the delivery model by providing feedback, measurement, and mentoring.

• Ensure the quality and integrity of service delivery.

• Foster commercial curiosity and pinpoint opportunities to enhance customer value.

• Strengthen long-term partnerships with customers in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales teams.

• Influence the advancement of practitioner learning across all channels within the Insights portfolio.

• Ensure that the delivery experience informs product design, learning resources, and future innovations.

• Gather customer and practitioner feedback while identifying emerging trends.

• Transform insights into meaningful enhancements throughout the organization.

• Develop team capabilities and reinforce customer partnerships.

• Influence product development and shape the future of learning delivery.

• Contribute to a robust and interconnected delivery ecosystem.

• Extensive experience as an Insights Practitioner, with demonstrable evidence of facilitating at the C-suite level.

• Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams.

• Capability to translate insights into structured improvements.

• Experience in establishing effective interdepartmental working practices.

• Ability to balance strategic vision with practical implementation.
