Principal Delivery Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of functional and architectural direction across multiple simultaneous customer projects.

• Coordinate functional, technical, and data workstreams effectively.

• Convert customer business objectives into actionable platform solutions.

• Establish measurable, documented, and customer-validated success criteria.

• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers, Tessera AI agents, customer architects, and Technical Program Managers.

• Participate in early discussions with customers and partners to influence opportunities prior to scoping.

• Share field insights and domain knowledge with the Product team to enhance the Tessera platform.

• Take ownership of, define, measure, and report on customer platform adoption.

• Identify and address issues related to processes, skills, trust, or product that impact adoption.

• Cultivate customer advocates to promote ongoing platform utilization.

• Assess engagement staffing requirements and provide data-driven workforce rationalization.

• Contribute staffing insights to the Center of Excellence's capacity planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading solutioning through enterprise sales cycles, encompassing scope, approach, effort, and risk.

• Demonstrated capability to coordinate delivery teams across functional, technical, and data workstreams for multiple concurrent projects.

• Strong senior client-facing presence with customer architects, business leaders, and finance stakeholders.

• History of promoting customer adoption post go-live.

• Over 12 years of experience in enterprise transformation with a foundation in SAP, covering various process areas.

• Sound judgment in finance, supply chain, and order management.

• Knowledge of technical architecture, including integration patterns, data architecture, and SAP landscapes.

• Ability to evaluate and justify engagement staffing levels with supporting evidence.

• Track record of quickly learning new platforms and achieving proficiency in the Tessera platform.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in business English, along with strong presentation capabilities.

• Experience in a distributed delivery model with structured daily interaction with US-based stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

• Preferred qualifications include experience with multiple enterprise suites, various SAP S/4HANA transition paths, AI/automation/RPA tools, pre-sales or solution advisory, SAP Activate methodology, and proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish; German is a bonus.
