This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, maintain, and refine Zip’s core integration templates for SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Ariba.

• Ensure that integrations are scalable, repeatable, and provide robust implementations for customers.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to align integration templates with product architecture, field insights, and customer requirements.

• Analyze intricate customer implementations to identify reusable data-mapping patterns and system intricacies.

• Transform custom solutions into standardized internal assets.

• Assist pre-sales engineering by designing and evaluating integration architectures in collaboration with account teams.

• Define, document, and advocate for best practices in technical solution consulting.

• Develop expertise across additional ERP ecosystems, integration architecture, data models, and Zip’s App Studio.

• Create and implement scalable solutions, including API configurations and modifications to templates.

• Report to the Engineering team while working closely with EPD teams and customer-facing technical consultants.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience delivering integrations within SAP ERP environments (ECC, S/4HANA) or procurement platforms (Ariba).

• Strong foundational understanding of core SAP business processes and data models in Materials Management (MM) and Financials (FI).

• Familiarity with standard SAP integration methods, including IDocs, BAPI/RFC, OData APIs, or SAP BTP/CPI.

• Experience with iPaaS tools is preferred.

• Proficient in working with XML/REST-based endpoints and standard authentication protocols.

• Required prior experience in ERP implementation, integration, configuration, or administration.

• Capability to translate complex technical information for audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.

• Comfortable navigating API documentation.

• Proficient in testing and troubleshooting integration issues.

• Ability to comprehend customer requirements and document that information promptly, with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to learn new technologies.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.

• Process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
