Principal Customer Education Specialist, Imaging

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the subject matter expert for a specific therapeutic area and product line, offering guidance to sponsors, customers, and internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Business Development to propose training strategies for customers, deliver capability presentations, showcase solutions, and support new business initiatives.

• Review study contracts and create training plans at study initiation and throughout the study lifecycle to address updates and modifications in partnership with sponsor study teams.

• Champion customer education services within the organization and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

• Track quality metrics, including data quality trends, Customer Care tickets, and DCRs, and suggest targeted training interventions.

• Spearhead product and organizational readiness initiatives by planning activities, coordinating deliverables, tracking progress, and providing status updates to stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with key customers to develop and implement global training plans that facilitate successful study execution.

• Partner with Education leadership and Customer Education Project Management teams to innovate and improve customer training services and future offerings.

• Provide outstanding customer experiences while contributing to business growth and team development efforts.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, cost-effective decision-making, and alignment with the company’s objectives and vision.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or certification in education, business, human resources, or a field related to the clinical trial industry.

• At least 5 years of experience in a corporate training setting.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the clinical trial sector.

• Proven subject matter expertise in a particular therapeutic area and/or product line.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Innovative problem-solving skills and the capacity to devise creative solutions to business challenges.

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Strong technical skills with the capacity to quickly learn and utilize new software, systems, and technologies.

• Understanding of customer training methodologies, adult learning principles, and industry trends.

• Capability to build strong relationships with customers, sponsors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience in leading projects, influencing stakeholders, and driving organizational readiness initiatives within a matrix environment.
