This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Act as the senior functional lead for Workday assessments, optimization initiatives, advisory projects, and specific post-production tasks.
• Remain closely involved in analysis, recommendations, and solution-making decisions.
• Collaborate with project and engagement leaders to oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client satisfaction.
• Proactively identify Workday-related issues and assist the team in resolving them.
• Counsel client leaders by translating finance, procurement, and supply chain priorities into actionable Workday recommendations.
• Articulate options and trade-offs to business and technology stakeholders.
• Recognize dependencies across business process configuration, integrations, data, reporting, security, and platform capabilities.
• Assist in presales scoping by outlining delivery strategies, scoping particulars, assumptions, dependencies, and estimates of work effort.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client leaders and a senior functional resource for multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Aid organizations in enhancing Workday Financial Management and Supply Chain Management post-go-live.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise application or ERP consulting, with significant Workday consulting responsibilities and a proven track record in senior client-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of Workday applications and business processes within Financial Management and Supply Chain Management.
• Extensive expertise in at least one area of Workday Financial Management or Supply Chain Management.
• Capacity to translate business requirements into actionable recommendations.
• Practical experience leading Workday assessments, optimization initiatives, post-production support, targeted projects, or similar engagements.
• Technical knowledge encompassing business process configuration, integrations, data, reporting, security, and platform capabilities.
• Hands-on integration development experience is not mandatory.
• Experience in defining project methodologies, scoping details, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and work effort estimates.
• Executive presence combined with sound judgment.
• Referenceable outcomes from Workday clients, preferably within the healthcare sector or another regulated industry.
• Willingness to travel as required by client needs.
• Established support: Collaborate with seasoned sales, operations, and delivery teams supported by a 25-year legacy in ERP consulting.
• Flat organizational structure providing direct access to company leaders.
• Significant influence over Workday services.
