This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Configure Data 360 data spaces, data streams, data lake, and data model objects, as well as transformations and insights.
• Develop ingestion pipelines from Salesforce and external systems into the Customer 360 model.
• Design and optimize identity resolution rulesets, validating the output of unified profiles.
• Activate segments and insights for Marketing Cloud, core CRM, Agentforce, and additional systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including declarative automation.
• Provide guidance on essential Salesforce org modifications and manage CRM workstreams as necessary.
• Facilitate requirements and data discovery workshops with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Generate source-to-target mappings, data models, identity resolution designs, and functional specifications.
• Advise on data governance, access control, consent management, and the implications of data consumption.
• Document data quality issues and propose long-term solutions.
• Manage end-to-end delivery workstreams, covering discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Communicate project status, risks, and estimates, proactively identifying potential risks.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and empower client administrators to utilize delivered solutions.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Engagement Managers, and Project Leads.
• Represent CloudMasonry in interactions with clients and partners.
• A minimum of 5 years of direct Salesforce experience.
• At least 2 years of experience implementing Data 360 (Data Cloud).
• Completed at least two full-lifecycle Data 360 implementations in a client-facing or internal customer-facing role, from discovery to production.
• Proven experience in ownership of identity resolution design on a genuine implementation.
• Consulting experience is highly preferred; a background in systems integration or agency work is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Extensive working knowledge of Data 360 architecture, including data spaces, data streams, data lake objects, data model objects, and the Customer 360 data model.
• Strong understanding of identity resolution, encompassing match rules, reconciliation rules, unified individual output, and ruleset debugging.
• Familiarity with segmentation, calculated insights, streaming insights, and activation targets.
• Experience with Data 360 transformations, connectors, and ingestion strategies.
• Experience with zero-copy data sharing to Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, or similar platforms.
• Proficient SQL skills, including the ability to write and optimize queries.
• Practical experience in configuring Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, covering object model design, permissions and sharing, and declarative automation.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities across various engagements.
• Must be based in the U.S. and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Required certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator; Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant; Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% to 50%, depending on client requirements.
