Principal Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Act as the Functional Lead on a project team during the implementation of products.

• Perform analysis, evaluation, and design of business processes.

• Create solutions that align with customers' operational and strategic objectives.

• Address challenges by implementing, developing, and configuring Intapp software.

• Generate comprehensive and organized design documentation.

• Assist the project Technical Lead in executing the customer's design.

• Provide product training to customers.

• Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for customers.

• Support various Intapp operations, including Support, Solution Advisory, and Product.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Risk/Compliance analyst, business analyst, or consultant.

• At least 3 years of experience in a practice management or IT role that supports Operations and/or Finance business activities in professional firms.

• Over 2 years of experience with Intapp Conflicts or similar conflicts process software is an advantage.

• An organized and disciplined yet adaptable independent professional with a strong capability to switch tasks and manage multiple projects.

• High emotional intelligence, paired with strong active listening abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Approachable and collaborative.

• Proven maturity and acumen in navigating business and professional settings.

• Comfortable working autonomously.

• A results-driven and goal-oriented professional capable of meeting targets.
