Principal, Business Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop operating rhythms, reviews, and forums that align the Pro organization with its priorities.

• Lead and execute cross-functional projects that are vital to the success of Pro.

• Assist leadership in decision-making by framing issues, monitoring KPIs, and highlighting gaps or risks.

• Maintain reporting systems, business reviews, roadmap coordination, and initiatives across teams.

• Define and initiate projects in Spot, Margin, Derivatives, or Infrastructure from concept to initial execution.

• Contribute to executive updates, all-hands presentations, and strategic memoranda.

• Manage incoming requests and ensure accountability for follow-up actions.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest enhancements for scalable efficiency.

• Leverage business intelligence and data to support product managers and leadership within Pro.

• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to enhance product experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in BizOps, Product Ops, Strategy, Consulting, or similar high-impact roles with measurable results.

• Strong skills in project management.

• Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations and drive initiatives from conception to fruition.

• Competence in interpreting dashboards, KPIs, and financial/operational metrics.

• Excellent communication abilities with executives and cross-functional team members.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Self-motivated with a strong focus on execution and follow-through.

• Experience working collaboratively across product, engineering, compliance, legal, finance, and marketing teams.
