Principal Architect – Enterprise Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategy, principles, standards, and reference architectures for enterprise architecture.

• Create target-state architectures and technology roadmaps that align with business goals.

• Oversee architecture governance across various domains including applications, data, integration, cloud, and technology.

• Evaluate the current-state architecture, identify technical debt, assess risks, and explore modernization opportunities.

• Collaborate with business and technology leaders on strategic decisions regarding technology.

• Promote the use of reusable architecture patterns and best practices across teams.

• Analyze emerging technologies and provide insights and recommendations to senior and CXO leadership.

• Guide and mentor architects while enhancing the capabilities of the Enterprise Architecture Center of Excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in Enterprise, Solution, or Technology Architecture.

• Extensive background in Enterprise Architecture and Architecture Center of Excellence environments.

• Proficient in Cloud, Application, Data, Integration, APIs, and Modern Architecture.

• Familiarity with architecture governance, modernization processes, and technology roadmaps.

• Exceptional skills in executive communication, consulting, and stakeholder management.

• TOGAF/ArchiMate or a comparable certification is preferred.

• Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services sector is advantageous.
