This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.
• Lead intricate transformation projects from the initial discovery phase and value hypothesis to workflow redesign, proof of value adoption, and realization of value.
• Provide counsel to senior executives regarding prioritized AI-enabled workflows and necessary changes in roles, skills, practices, controls, and operational methods.
• Develop transformation opportunities from customer discovery through delivery planning, outlining outcomes, scope, approach, estimates, and statements of work in collaboration with Sales and specialist teams.
• Define engagement strategies, navigate stakeholder trade-offs, determine the scope, and establish customer outcome commitments.
• Formulate strategies for adoption and activation while addressing stalled or decreasing adoption rates.
• Create value hypotheses, establish baselines, define measures, and set evidence standards.
• Work closely with forward-deployed AI engineers utilizing customer systems and data to translate technical possibilities into actionable workflow modifications.
• Facilitate coordination among adoption, enablement, product, and customer-success specialists towards achieving shared goals.
• Mentor consultants on complex assignments.
• Transform field insights into reusable methodologies and value frameworks.
• Assist legal, tax, and trade teams in reimagining workflows surrounding CoCounsel Legal and CoCounsel for Tax and Trade.
• Collaborate with client teams, Sales, AI engineers, enablement specialists, and product teams from initial discussions to rollout and value measurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Organizational Transformation, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in professional services, management consulting, transformation consulting, or delivering complex AI or enterprise technology solutions.
• Proven track record in leading sophisticated workflow redesigns, targeted operational changes, technology-driven adoption, and achieving measurable customer outcomes.
• Capability to advise executives, navigate ambiguity, facilitate challenging decisions, question assumptions, and translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Strong commercial judgment in shaping opportunities, defining project scopes, estimating efforts, and fulfilling commitments.
• Analytical skills to synthesize usage, survey, operational, and stakeholder data into credible recommendations and value assessments.
• Experience in legal, tax, trade, risk, compliance, or other complex regulated knowledge-work sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, change management, responsible use considerations, and cross-functional delivery.
• Familiarity with CoCounsel or other Thomson Reuters AI solutions and professional workflows is preferred.
• Experience in developing consulting methodologies, playbooks, assessments, value frameworks, or service offerings is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in change management, process improvement, project management, or responsible AI are preferred.
