Primary Care Provider – Telemedicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver adult primary care through a telemedicine-first model.

• Manage patient panels to ensure high-quality, continuous care.

• Conduct video-audio consultations lasting between 15 to 30 minutes.

• Diagnose and treat a diverse range of adult and primary care conditions.

• Prescribe medications, including S2 substances, under a valid Arizona DEA registration.

• Establish recurring schedules across available days, including evenings and weekends.

• Collaborate with patient care advocates and the licensed medical clinical team.

• Provide patient care and follow-ups using the Circle Medical platform and proprietary HIPAA-compliant EHR.

• Contribute to an evidence-based primary care experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed an accredited nursing or medical program with national certification.

• Currently licensed in Arizona with the capability to obtain additional state licenses as required.

• Valid Arizona DEA Registration in good standing with all schedules to prescribe medications, including S2.

• Preferred candidates should have experience as primary care providers in a clinical environment.

• A minimum of 3 years of post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

• A minimum of 2 years of post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred for Physicians.

• Psych certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Collaborative Practice.

• Dedication to evidence-based medicine.

• Willingness to learn to diagnose and treat various adult and primary care conditions.

• High level of technical proficiency using software.

• PC with Windows 11 Pro or a Mac model newer than 2021.

• Devices must have a minimum of 16GB of RAM.

• Applicants must reside in the United States of America.
