Pricing Solutions Build & Modernization Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Solutions Engineer to assist in the modernization of REBOOT build and pricing activities.

• Aid in gathering requirements, preparing data, and providing configuration inputs.

• Conduct data validation, testing, and ensure quality assurance.

• Facilitate updates to pricing tools and configuration in accordance with established governance processes.

• Document business requirements, workflows, test cases, and process enhancements.

• Engage in project meetings and contribute to status reporting on build progress.

• Analyze and verify pricing, budget, and operational data.

• Execute Excel-based analyses and reporting.

• Create and maintain Power Query data models and reporting datasets.

• Assist with regular business reviews and management reporting.

• Help with data reconciliation and integrity assessments.

• Support commercial deliverables and respond to ad hoc analysis requests.

• Contribute to rate card, inflation, benchmarking, and pricing analyses.

• Collaborate with Strategic Finance and Commercial Solutions on quarterly review activities.

• Offer analysis and recommendations for build and business-related decisions.

• Address business inquiries concerning the build effort.

• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and minimize manual efforts within build workflows.

• Assist in documentation and standardization of processes.

• Support enhancements in workflows and ongoing improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data validation, complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.

• Skilled in Power Query, encompassing data transformation, cleansing, integration, and report preparation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Over 2 years of experience in business operations, finance, analytics, commercial operations, or a comparable environment.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Experience with large datasets and reporting tools.

• Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Power BI.

• Preferred: Basic understanding of SQL.

• Preferred: Experience handling large datasets.

• Preferred: Background in financial or operational reporting.
