Pricing Solutions Build & Modernization Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Solutions Engineer to assist in REBOOT build and pricing modernization initiatives.

• Aid in gathering requirements, preparing data, and providing configuration inputs.

• Conduct data validation, testing, and quality assurance.

• Assist with updates to pricing tools and configurations under established governance protocols.

• Document business requirements, workflows, test cases, and process enhancements.

• Attend project meetings and contribute to status reporting on build advancements.

• Analyze and verify pricing, budget, and operational information.

• Perform analysis and reporting using Excel.

• Create and maintain Power Query data models and reporting datasets.

• Support periodic business reviews and management reporting.

• Help with data reconciliation and integrity assessments.

• Contribute to commercial deliverables and perform ad hoc analyses related to modernization projects.

• Assist with rate card, inflation, benchmarking, and pricing evaluations.

• Collaborate with Strategic Finance and Commercial Solutions on quarterly review tasks.

• Provide insights and recommendations for build and business decisions.

• Address business inquiries concerning the build initiative.

• Identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements and minimize manual efforts within build workflows.

• Aid in process documentation, standardization, and workflow improvements.

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives across Commercial Solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data validation, complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.

• Skills in Power Query, encompassing data transformation, cleansing, and integration.

• Capable of preparing reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Over 2 years of experience in business operations, finance, analytics, commercial operations, or a comparable setting.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Experience managing large datasets and utilizing reporting tools.

• Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple priorities.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Power BI.

• Preferred: Basic knowledge of SQL.

• Preferred: Experience in financial or operational reporting.
