This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete process of pairing clients with industry experts.

• Guarantee the timely and high-quality provision of expert insights.

• Facilitate coordination between clients and experts across various regions.

• Assist clients with market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis.

• Convert client needs into structured research deliverables.

• Offer clear and actionable insights to aid in decision-making.

• Foster ongoing client engagement and project execution.

• Address client inquiries and ensure seamless delivery of results.

• Contribute to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and responsiveness.

• Collaborate with internal global teams across different time zones and stakeholders.

• Assist in the effective execution of client deliverables within a remote framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in consulting, research, recruitment, client servicing, or similar fields.

• Excellent command of English (required).

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability for analytical thinking and research.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, dynamic, target-oriented environment.

• Self-driven, proactive, and detail-focused attitude.

• Interest in consulting, market trends, and business strategy.

• Must pass a background verification.

• Restricted from trading Restricted Securities in any Personal Trading Account.
