This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Drive the adoption and market success of PricingCenter among insurance carriers.
• Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, and pricing leaders to grasp models, workflows, challenges, and transformation objectives.
• Assist in converting carrier requirements into a contemporary technical solution.
• Partner with the VP to design and implement a pricing- and analytics-centric go-to-market strategy.
• Lead consultative discussions on pricing models, rating algorithms, workflow challenges, and modernization priorities.
• Translate actuarial and underwriting requirements into solution proposals utilizing PricingCenter.
• Work alongside internal account teams to discover opportunities within current customers.
• Collaborate with inside sales and marketing to create a pipeline of pricing-focused opportunities with new carriers.
• Guide stakeholders through the PricingCenter evaluation process from initial discussions to solution design and commercial agreements.
• Represent Guidewire at industry events related to actuarial, analytics, and underwriting.
• Serve as a subject-matter liaison between carriers and internal product and engineering teams to shape PricingCenter’s roadmap.
• Report directly to the GVP of Pricing & Analytics Sales for the AMER region.
• At least 8 years of experience working with actuarial, pricing, or underwriting teams.
• Ideally, experience with or implementing rating or pricing software solutions.
• Strong comprehension of P&C insurance pricing, underwriting workflows, rating engines, and actuarial methodologies.
• Proven track record of collaboration with actuarial and underwriting leadership.
• Familiarity with enterprise software evaluation cycles and extensive, multi-stakeholder decision-making processes (6–18 months).
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and communication abilities.
• Capability to translate actuarial concepts into business and technology value.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and lead complex projects.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Experience in B2B Enterprise Sales is a significant advantage.
