This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina, +2 more states.
• Create compliant pricing and cost proposals for federal solicitations, including RFPs, RFQs, IDIQs, MATOCs, and Task Orders.
• Assess solicitation requirements, pricing instructions, wage determinations, CBAs, and cost/price evaluation factors.
• Construct detailed IFM services cost models encompassing labor, fringe, H&W, ODCs, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and indirect costs.
• Price minor construction and repair tasks for facilities up to $250K.
• Assist in price-to-win research and competitive positioning.
• Prepare pricing narratives, justifications, and proposal documentation.
• Conduct pricing analysis for contract modifications, scope changes, engineering changes, funding adjustments, and negotiated actions.
• Develop REA pricing and supporting documentation in compliance with FAR requirements.
• Compile pricing backup, impact calculations, and negotiation support packages.
• Collaborate with Operations and Contracts to assess costs, impacts, and profitability.
• Aid in negotiations with government contracting officers as needed.
• Contribute to annual operating budgets and planning cycles.
• Create site-level budgets for existing O&M and IFM facility service contracts.
• Execute financial modeling and forecasting for awarded programs.
• Analyze cost performance, burn rate, staffing plans, and cost drivers.
• Provide monthly pricing and budget analysis to BD and Finance leadership.
• Deliver pricing models, cost proposals, basis of estimate documentation, cost narratives, REA packages, contract modification pricing, budget forecasts, and competitive pricing analyses.
• Offer competitive pricing solutions, rapid capture and proposal support, enhanced pricing documentation and audit readiness, reduced contract modification and REA cycle times, improved budgeting accuracy, and stronger pricing process maturity.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Contracts.
• Strong knowledge of federal contracting processes, pricing, and FAR cost principles.
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with federal wage determinations, CBAs, and SCA/DBA labor regulations.
• Capability to interpret complex solicitation requirements.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and justification.
• Ability to work independently in high-paced capture environments.
• Over 5 years of federal pricing experience.
• Experience in supporting BD pricing for federal services, O&M, BOS, facility management, and minor facility construction/repair services.
• Familiarity with government cost/price evaluation requirements.
• Experience in contract modifications and REAs.
• Background in budget modeling within government services.
• Experience in supporting proposals and PWin strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience may also be taken into account.
• Candidates must be located in South Carolina, Nashville, or Austin.
