This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee the complete pricing transformation process across the portfolio.
• Standardize packaging, streamline commercial structures, and enhance monetization strategies.
• Design offer frameworks, entitlement logic, bundling strategies, commercial safeguards, and customer transition pathways.
• Establish value metrics and create hybrid, consumption-based pricing models for AI and usage-driven offerings.
• Develop and maintain the transformation roadmap, including milestones, dependencies, and decision-making frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution involving commercial systems, system preparedness, and customer migration strategies.
• Lead change management efforts, provide executive updates, ensure field readiness, and manage escalation governance.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement and field leadership on tools, guidance, and marketing materials.
• Construct data-driven business cases through financial modeling and advanced analytics.
• Define and monitor KPIs for post-launch performance, monetization effectiveness, and packaging simplification.
• Utilize AI-enhanced analytics and automation tools for informed decision-making and recommendations.
• 10-12+ years of experience in SaaS pricing, packaging, monetization strategy, portfolio strategy, or similar roles.
• Extensive expertise in enterprise software pricing models, encompassing subscription, usage-based, tiered, and value-oriented strategies.
• Proven success at the Director level, steering complex strategic initiatives within matrixed organizations.
• Proficient in advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to convert complex data into insights suitable for executive presentations.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and storytelling abilities for technical, commercial, and leadership audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Management consulting experience is advantageous.
• MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
