Prestige & Luxury Automotive Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers

• Identify and create new business opportunities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process

• Achieve and surpass sales and conversion objectives

• Seek out new clients and enhance the existing customer portfolio

• Negotiate, persuade, and finalize vehicle sales

• Address customer concerns professionally while adhering to company policies and achieving commercial goals

• Provide an outstanding customer experience

• Report directly to the Dutton One Brisbane Operations Manager

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector

• Previous experience in prestige or luxury automotive sales is highly valued

• A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales and conversion goals

• The motivation and initiative to create new business, seek new customers, and grow your current client base

• Strong skills in negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals

• A customer-centric mindset with the capability to build robust and enduring relationships

• The ability to manage customer concerns professionally while ensuring adherence to company policies and commercial objectives

• A self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented approach

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Professional appearance and the capacity to represent the Dutton One brand effectively

• A dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience

• A valid driver's license
