This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams throughout the presales process.
• Engage in customer discovery sessions to determine technical, operational, and security needs.
• Convert customer requirements into clear and actionable cybersecurity solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Develop high-level solution architectures and integration strategies.
• Create technical proposals, solution outlines, statements of work, compliance matrices, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Simplify complex cybersecurity ideas for CISOs, IT managers, security teams, procurement departments, and business stakeholders.
• Align proposed solutions with frameworks and standards such as NIS2, ISO 27001, DORA, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
• Work with engineering and product teams to confirm technical feasibility and relay customer needs.
• Assist in sales opportunities from initial discovery through to technical validation and closure.
• Develop reusable presales materials, including demo scenarios, solution briefs, technical presentations, and proposal templates.
• Stay informed on cybersecurity technologies, market trends, competitive solutions, and emerging threats.
• Ensure a structured handover to delivery and implementation teams once an opportunity is secured.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT solutions, technical consulting, systems engineering, or a presales-related position.
• A strong grasp of cybersecurity technologies and concepts.
• Capability to comprehend customer environments and devise suitable technical solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in preparing technical proposals, presentations, or tender documents.
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments, networks, cloud platforms, APIs, and software architectures.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to link technical capabilities with measurable customer value.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, events, and demonstrations.
• Familiarity with various cybersecurity domains, such as application security, vulnerability management, cyber threat intelligence, external attack surface management, SIEM/SOC/SOAR, cloud and infrastructure security, software supply chain security, threat modeling, penetration testing, risk management, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Relevant cybersecurity or cloud certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of scripting or automation in Python, Bash, or PowerShell is a plus.
• Understanding of containerized environments, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps is a bonus.
