This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional support to designated clients
• Oversee the Analyst Team in client support initiatives
• Recognize opportunities for training
• Assist in optimizing business processes
• Direct clients on best practices
• Inform the Account Manager and Customer Success Manager about potential leads
• Detect system problems, bottlenecks, and recurring product concerns
• Resolve issues and report bugs to the Development team
• Offer instructional support and backup to Support Analysts
• Identify and keep updated knowledge of customized processes
• Comprehend how clients utilize the software in their operations
• Work together with the Success Manager, Account Manager, Support, and Training Managers to develop tailored product training for specific clients in line with the established training framework
• Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English
• Meticulous attention to detail when capturing and documenting information during calls and while adhering to processes
• Quick learner with the ability to follow directions
• Open to feedback and adaptable to process changes
• Preferred 1-2 years of experience in facility maintenance, CMMS administration, customer service, and software support
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Punctuality for scheduled shifts is mandatory
• Willingness to collaborate, cross-train, learn, grow, achieve, and engage with team members
• Comfortable being on camera during remote meetings
