This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in the entire sales process from qualification through to closure.
• Interact with prospects and clients to grasp their business and technical needs.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and meetings with customers.
• Establish long-lasting relationships with customers and partners.
• Create comprehensive technical and business solutions.
• Serve as the solution architect for key deals, RFPs/RFQs, and intricate bids.
• Convert requirements into scalable and cost-effective solution architectures.
• Outline integrations, implementation scopes, and technical strategies.
• Conduct product demonstrations for both technical and executive audiences.
• Present value-driven presentations that highlight ROI and competitive advantages.
• Tailor demonstrations to specific use cases and industry requirements.
• Collaborate with teams in Product, R&D, Operations, and Sales Operations.
• Oversee internal pre-sales processes and ensure cross-functional coordination.
• Provide insights from customers to shape product roadmap decisions.
• Contribute to commercial proposals and technical documentation.
• Develop technical content for RFP/RFQ submissions.
• Prepare proof of concept/pilot proposals and assist with business cases and ROI models.
• Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Support onboarding and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Share best practices to enhance the pre-sales function.
• Fluent in English — essential.
• Proficient in French, German, or Spanish, both spoken and written — advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Sales.
• Capability to understand and translate customer requirements into effective solutions.
• Exceptional presentation, demonstration, and storytelling skills.
• Strong communication abilities and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and focused on results.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Background in EV charging, e-mobility, utilities, telecom, billing, CRM, or SaaS — preferred.
• Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science — preferred.
• Experience with enterprise clients and complex integrations — preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and system integrations — preferred.
