Pre-Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Configure Uniguest platforms to align with the business needs of prospects, collaborating closely with design, technical, and sales teams.

• Partner with end-clients and resellers to brainstorm, develop, and present solutions for designated projects.

• Conceptualize, model, and deliver initial models along with UX/UI designs for evaluation purposes.

• Clearly articulate and document the technical architecture, including deployment specifics and interactions with other platforms and applications.

• Identify and document the business and stakeholder requirements for strategic initiatives.

• Develop solution maps customized to client requirements or identify appropriate products, APIs, and interfaces.

• Assist the Commercial teams with product positioning, technical specifications, and statements of work for proposals and agreements.

• Support sales teams throughout the sales cycle to enhance project conversion rates.

• Collaborate with professional services on integrations between Uniguest and end customers.

• Serve as the system architect for client UX/UI integration projects and create diagrams as necessary.

• Respond to RFPs and RFIs as part of the bidding team.

• Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations while communicating Uniguest’s values and unique differentiators.

• Assist with small, on-demand UX/UI projects for live clients.

• Support the training and certification of channel partners.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Uniguest’s product offerings and technical architecture.

• Keep track of hospitality and technology industry trends to identify Uniguest’s contemporary technology advantages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consultant capacity.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with web API integrations.

• Prior knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous.

• Visual design capabilities for creating graphics and menus that align with end-client expectations.

• Strong understanding of HTTP core concepts, authentication methods, and formal data structures.

• Experience in UI/UX implementation using HTML/CSS or other relevant technologies is a plus.

• Proven technical expertise.

• Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective problem-solving capabilities.

• A positive, service-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
