This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical leader for Trace3's Dynatrace practice.

• Ensure high-quality delivery across the practice.

• Mentor newly certified consultants and help develop junior consultants into self-sufficient professionals.

• Lead customer engagements focused on observability strategy.

• Establish technical standards and assess delivery work.

• Assist clients in transitioning from Dynatrace Managed capabilities to the latest SaaS platform.

• Influence the direction of the practice, including service offerings, delivery methodologies, and team skill enhancement.

• Progress into leadership within the broader Observability Services group.

• Create assessment reports, architectural recommendations, and strategic roadmaps.

• Present insights and recommendations to senior technical and business stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of recent, practical Dynatrace experience in enterprise production settings.

• Current understanding of the Dynatrace SaaS (3rd generation) platform, including Grail, Dynatrace Query Language (DQL), OpenPipeline, Workflows, AppEngine, Notebooks, and Davis AI.

• Experience in guiding clients through the migration from Dynatrace Managed capabilities to the current SaaS platform.

• Proven expertise in establishing technical standards, reviewing delivery work, and nurturing junior consultants into independent practitioners.

• More than 10 years of experience within the observability domain, covering APM, infrastructure monitoring, log analytics, digital experience monitoring, and AIOps, with familiarity with various vendor platforms and open standards like OpenTelemetry.

• Proven success in delivering strategy engagements, including observability maturity assessments, current state evaluations, target state roadmaps, and vendor-neutral product selections.

• A solid history of producing high-quality executive deliverables such as assessment reports, architectural recommendations, and strategic roadmaps.

• Comfort and experience in presenting findings and recommendations to senior technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience in leading or mentoring delivery teams within a consulting or professional services context.

• Ability to influence practice direction, including service offerings, delivery methodologies, and team capability development.

• Strong client presence, sound judgment, and the credibility to act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership.
