Practice Architect – Delivery Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Engage directly in client deployments to assess the effectiveness of COE delivery methodologies, frameworks, and tools.

• Offer hands-on assistance for intricate or high-risk engagements, serving as a technical escalation point.

• Ensure that delivery methods are practical, efficient, and consistent with customer environments and limitations.

• Develop and enhance delivery architecture patterns across various products, sectors, and delivery models.

• Establish best practices for deployment sequencing, dependencies, and integration across Cortex, Cloud, and Network Security platforms.

• Validate the complete lifecycle execution from the initial deployment phase through optimization and expansion.

• Identify challenges during deployment and post-deployment phases and drive enhancements.

• Ensure smooth transitions between Professional Services and Scale & Optimize teams.

• Provide constructive feedback to Practice Architects and Practice Leads.

• Assist in piloting new delivery models, frameworks, and tools prior to global implementation.

• Collaborate with Professional Services, S&O, Product/Engineering, and COE teams.

• Share insights on execution and best practices across various sectors.

• Contribute to the creation of delivery playbooks, runbooks, and field guidance.

• Mentor consultants and architects on best practices for delivery and execution strategies.

• Extensive experience with cybersecurity platforms (Cortex, Cloud, Network Security) and large-scale enterprise deployments.

• Demonstrated success in delivering intricate, large-scale implementations within customer environments.

• Profound understanding of how solutions are deployed, integrated, and operationalized in real-world applications.

• Capability to identify execution gaps and develop practical, scalable solutions.

• Strong communication skills with both technical teams and leadership stakeholders.

• Experience collaborating across Services, Product, and Customer Success organizations.
