Associate Director – Infrastructure and Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee engineers as they integrate current and future subsidiaries into enterprise technologies, processes, and teams.

• Manage 14 extensive technology platforms throughout the subsidiary integration process.

• Create and develop IT infrastructure architecture solutions that align with the enterprise architecture direction and standards.

• Conduct technical planning and develop or modify architectural specifications.

• Formulate specifications for new IT infrastructure products and service offerings.

• Evaluate the compatibility and integration of proposed products and services to ensure a cohesive architecture.

• Identify and address complex technical and operational challenges.

• Potentially guide multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.

• Align strategy with tactics through collaboration with associates and multiple contractor teams.

• Facilitate infrastructure integration for Home Health, OneHome, Conviva, TrueShore, and future acquisitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in infrastructure and public cloud.

• At least 2 years of project leadership experience.

• At least 2 years of management experience.

• Proven experience in integrating new technologies with current systems.

• Background in implementing technologies with an enterprise-wide impact.

• A strong passion for enhancing consumer experiences within an organization.

• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads.

• A dedicated workspace that is free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
