Power Platform Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead EUR's digital transformation efforts by converting manual processes into automated, scalable business solutions.

• Design and enhance SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Salesforce solutions.

• Elevate collaboration, document management, and business operations.

• Create and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate, and enterprise-level integrations.

• Optimize workflows and minimize administrative workload.

• Construct executive dashboards and reporting solutions utilizing Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce.

• Facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Generate technical requirements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation plans.

• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and governance standards.

• Provide technical leadership, oversight of solutions, and mentorship.

• Guarantee high-quality, secure, and sustainable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least SIX (6) years of progressively responsible experience in designing, implementing, and leading enterprise solutions utilizing SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.

• The selected candidate must be willing to travel to client sites as necessary (up to 50%).

• Proven experience in a technical lead, solution architect, or similar leadership position.

• Proficient in developing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.

• Experience in integrating enterprise systems like Salesforce.

• Skilled in creating dashboards and analytics using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.

• Experience in leading technical projects.

• Experience in developing technical requirements or Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Experience in managing solution delivery.

• Strong communication abilities with the capacity to present technical solutions and recommendations to both technical teams and executive leadership.

• An active Secret security clearance is required.

• Availability to work standard Eastern Time (ET) business hours.

• Familiarity with Dataverse, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, or Azure integration services.

• Knowledge of enterprise information architecture, data governance, and records management.

• Experience in supporting large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

• Background in mentoring technical teams and establishing development standards and best practices.
