This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily operations of the Bond Post Closing Team, focusing on pipeline efficiency, employee growth, and performance coaching.

• Track and report team file activity at midday and at the end of the day.

• Maintain SRP reports and manage aged loans effectively.

• Conduct bi-weekly oversight reviews of aging loans and provide trend analysis.

• Implement enhancements to the bond loan process and submit a minimum of two suggestions monthly.

• Perform second-tier reviews of escalated files.

• Monitor staff productivity to ensure compliance with production and SLA standards.

• Ensure timely resolution of post-closing issues related to MCC and bond programs.

• Interpret and implement processes that align with investor, Bond Agency, federal, and state regulations.

• Prioritize tasks based on the needs of the company and branch.

• Oversee loans that have standalone MCCs.

• Collaborate with the Training Department to develop training materials.

• Create and maintain condition sets for MCC and bond programs.

• Work in partnership with Product Development on both new and existing MCC and bond programs.

• Identify and address issues with internal CCM departments.

• Maintain and distribute training materials and information on initiatives, investor updates, process changes, goals, and performance.

• Monitor defects and trends, creating action plans for improvement.

• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with Post Closers to discuss pipelines, workload, performance, and issues.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 5+ years of experience in the mortgage lending industry.

• In-depth knowledge of the necessary documentation for each type of bond program.

• 2+ years of management experience.

• Experience with Encompass LOS is preferred.

• Advanced understanding of MCC/bond program requirements.

• Exceptional project management and time management capabilities.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with peers, subject matter experts, and all levels of management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
