Post Acute Wound Healing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee a sales territory with a focus on customer support, growth, and building strong relationships.

• Manage accounts and territories to achieve sustainable business growth in alignment with targets and quotas.

• Utilize data and analytics to guide business planning.

• Fulfill business planning requirements and maintain sales call records in Salesforce.com.

• Identify and address customer financial and clinical priorities and constraints.

• Advise clinicians on the safe and effective use of products.

• Influence stakeholders in post-acute facilities to support proposed solutions and products.

• Cultivate relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.

• Identify new patients who may benefit from therapy, including New Patient Initiatives (NPIs).

• Enhance the adoption and utilization of electronic order submission platforms and therapy consignment programs.

• Secure necessary documentation to ensure that orders are billable.

• Provide exceptional customer support and service.

• Assist with conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher with a minimum of 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience.

• Alternatively, a High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of sales, clinical, or related experience.

• Must possess a current and valid driver’s license.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

• Successful completion of a pre-hire motor vehicle record review is mandatory, along with ongoing eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off.

• May need to acquire facility-specific licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications.

• Anticipate up to 20% overnight travel.
