Post Acute Specialty Division Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervise and lead the development and execution of all sales initiatives within the division.

• Recruit and guide a sales team, providing leadership aimed at achieving maximum profitability and growth.

• Formulate strategies and plans to broaden the customer base within the marketing territory.

• Contribute to training and educational initiatives for clients and Account Representatives.

• Create business plans and sales strategies tailored for the market.

• Coordinate action plans to enter new markets effectively.

• Provide pricing on finalized prospect applications while safeguarding profit margins.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.

• Maintain detailed records of pricing, sales, and activity reports.

• Design and deliver proposal presentations and responses to RFPs.

• Support Account Representatives with their proposals and presentations.

• Conduct individual reviews with Account Representatives.

• Guide and mentor staff through onboarding, communication, training, development, and performance management.

• Ensure proper staffing levels while fostering employee morale and motivation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing personnel, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing individuals in a sales management capacity.

• Availability to travel at least 50% of the time for business, both in-state and out-of-state.

• Background in enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.

• Extensive experience in all facets of Supplier Relationship Management.

• Strong grasp of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
