Portfolio Solutions Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate projects including facility developments, panel renewals, proposition enhancements, and strategic change initiatives.

• Manage projects from the initial scope through to implementation and post-launch reviews.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, milestones, and delivery schedules.

• Facilitate coordination among business teams, insurers, and central functions.

• Assist with tender and renewal processes, ensuring timelines, governance, and implementation activities remain on target.

• Lead project meetings and working groups, ensuring clear actions, decisions, and accountability are established.

• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them when necessary.

• Generate concise and accurate project updates for leadership and governance forums.

• Manage implementation readiness, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.

• Promote continuous improvement of project management standards, tools, and methodologies.

• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, insurers, and cross-functional teams to execute strategic portfolio initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing or coordinating projects within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

• Exceptional project planning and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Experience in maintaining governance documentation such as risks, issues, actions, and decision logs.

• Confidence in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels within an organization.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

• Experience in supporting business change and implementation activities.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.
