Portfolio Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a structured trading portfolio centered on digital asset markets.

• Partner with researchers and engineers to create, backtest, and implement scalable systematic strategies across various digital asset markets.

• Investigate and pinpoint unique sources of alpha through quantitative and systematic methodologies.

• Design an automated framework for portfolio allocation, enhancing capital efficiency, margin deployment, and collateral management across diverse digital asset platforms while maintaining drawdown and concentration limits.

• Supervise automated trade execution to reduce slippage and market impact.

• Establish real-time risk frameworks to track exposures, tail risks, and operational weaknesses in round-the-clock markets.

• Develop and implement strategies across a range of centralized and decentralized cryptocurrency markets when applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in systematic trading, demonstrating a successful history in the development and management of trading strategies.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++, along with experience in data analysis and statistical modeling.

• Strong comprehension of financial markets, including equities, derivatives, and other asset classes.

• Experience with portfolio construction, risk management strategies, and performance assessment.

• Exceptional English communication and teamwork skills.

• Previous experience with machine learning applications in trading is advantageous.

• An advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative field is preferred.
