📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and continuously enhance a discretionary trading strategy within digital asset markets.

• Identify and assess attractive investment and trading prospects through fundamental analysis, macroeconomic factors, market structure, and other pertinent evaluations.

• Convert investment insights into portfolio allocations, while being accountable for position sizing, trade execution, and risk management.

• Uphold a disciplined investment approach and adjust positions as market conditions, catalysts, and risk/reward dynamics develop.

• Work in collaboration with researchers, traders, and engineers to utilize the firm’s research, data, and technological resources to support idea generation and execution.

• Take responsibility for portfolio performance, emphasizing the generation of consistent, risk-adjusted returns while adhering to the firm's risk framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant trading or investment experience, preferably within a hedge fund or crypto-native trading firm.

• A demonstrated history of generating returns in digital asset markets, with historical performance metrics available for evaluation.

• Strong risk-adjusted performance, with a solid grasp of volatility, drawdowns, and capital preservation strategies.

• Experience in independently managing capital, including portfolio construction, position sizing, and investment decision-making processes.

• Comprehensive understanding of digital asset markets and the primary factors influencing performance and risk.

• Previous experience in traditional finance, particularly in capital management at a hedge fund or other institutional investment firm, is preferred.
