Portfolio Analyst – Analytics Project Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in portfolio strategy efforts through both quantitative and qualitative analysis

• Gather, validate, analyze, and interpret extensive datasets from various sources

• Create and enhance analytical tools, reports, dashboards, and processes

• Convert complex data into straightforward business insights and recommendations

• Prepare presentations and client-ready materials for senior stakeholders

• Construct and maintain financial models and scenario analyses

• Facilitate forecasting, data quality, reporting, and portfolio planning activities

• Juggle multiple priorities and address ad hoc business requests

• Provide support for transaction management, including close-out reporting, engagement documentation, commission reporting, and related administrative tasks

• Collaborate with portfolio managers, transaction managers, and various stakeholders

• Recognize opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation, AI tools, and process optimization

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field

• 2-4 years of professional experience in portfolio analytics, financial analysis, consulting, real estate, corporate finance, business intelligence, or a comparable analytical position

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large datasets

• Experience in developing reports, analyses, and presentations for business stakeholders

• Understanding of financial principles and analytical modeling techniques

• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey analytical findings to non-technical audiences

• Capability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

• Proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership of deliverables

• Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms in professional work

• Proven ability to utilize AI for research, analysis, reporting, presentation creation, automation, and problem-solving

• Ability to effectively prompt, validate, challenge, and refine AI-generated outputs while applying sound business judgment

• Enthusiasm for embracing emerging technologies and continually enhancing productivity and team effectiveness through AI
