Population Health Pharmacy Technician I, Vietnamese Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist in coordinating, implementing, and monitoring pharmaceutical services for a designated population or community.

• Support processes related to medication reconciliation.

• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare providers to enhance medication regimens.

• Review patient profiles for any medication-related issues and discrepancies.

• Collect and analyze data related to medications to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Generate reports on medication adherence, therapeutic outcomes, and other relevant metrics.

• Coordinate pharmaceutical services in conjunction with healthcare teams.

• Communicate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals regarding medication-related concerns.

• Participate in population health initiatives that promote medication adherence and preventive care.

• Support efforts aimed at improving health outcomes and reducing medication-related disparities.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, pharmacy laws, and organizational policies.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Completion of a pharmacy technician program is preferred.

• Active licensure as a pharmacy technician in Texas and the state of residence.

• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, medication management, and healthcare systems.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in using pharmacy software and computer systems for data entry and analysis.

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Fluent in Vietnamese.
