Point-of-Sale (POS) Training Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create training materials and programs that emphasize sales strategies and point-of-sale (POS) implementation.

• Educate brand ambassadors and field teams on customer engagement, sales techniques, conversion strategies, and product presentation.

• Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually across the region.

• Organize training timelines based on commercial priorities.

• Assess the performance metrics of field teams to determine training requirements.

• Recommend development strategies to enhance execution and sales performance.

• Ensure consistency in customer engagement and POS execution methodologies.

• Assist with special projects, product launches, and campaigns by providing targeted training for the sales workforce.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training through performance metrics and the development of the field team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Communications, or related disciplines.

• Prior experience in training sales teams or brand ambassadors.

• Background in Trade Marketing, retail, or the consumer goods sector.

• Experience in delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.

• Technical expertise in sales and negotiation techniques.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Capability to develop training content, standardize best practices for POS, and enhance field team performance through strategic training initiatives.
