Podcast Host, Video Interviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conduct captivating and thoroughly researched video and audio interviews with scheduled guests.

• Record, edit, and master each episode to ensure high-quality output.

• Provide polished final products that are ready for publication.

• Maintain a professional on-camera demeanor that aligns with the company’s values and tone.

• Deliver a fully edited, high-quality MP4 video file and MP3 audio file for distribution per episode, adhering to branding guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fully fluent American English speaker with outstanding conversational and interviewing skills.

• Must possess and utilize a high-quality dedicated microphone in a sound-treated environment, free from echoes or background noise.

• Must have a high-quality camera equipped with proper three-point lighting.

• Clean, professional, aesthetically pleasing, and distraction-free background for video recordings is essential.

• Proficient in audio/video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Descript, or Audition.

• Capability to seamlessly eliminate filler words, balance audio levels, and incorporate intro/outro clips.

• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance and improve the audio quality of the interviewer's recording.

• Resume and portfolio or showreel showcasing hosting abilities and the precise audio/video quality of the current remote setup.
