PMO Consultant – SAP, Windchill Interface, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Assist the internal project leadership team in managing the SAP/Windchill Interface Task Force as a PMO Consultant.

• Create and uphold the integrated project plan, monitoring milestones, dependencies, and key activities across all involved teams.

• Organize and lead governance meetings, draft agendas, and record decisions, risks, and action items.

• Develop a structured reporting system, including status updates, executive summaries, and KPI dashboards for the Steering Committee.

• Keep the project Risk Register and Issue Log updated, coordinating mitigation strategies with designated Single Points of Contact.

• Facilitate communication among SAP, Windchill, Middleware, Business, and Service teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five years of experience in PMO or Project Management roles within complex international IT settings.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional stakeholders and providing executive reports.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and project planning tools.

• Outstanding English communication skills.

• Working knowledge of German.

• Experience with SAP, PLM (PTC Windchill), enterprise integration, and the manufacturing sector is a plus.
